Meet Chloe, Our Owner/Provider
Chloe Eichorn brings both heart and experience to every aspect of care. With years of hands-on work in long-term care settings, she has dedicated her career to supporting seniors with dignity, patience, and compassion.
Chloe brings eight years of experience, including five years working in an Adult Family Home environment, and over two years serving as an owner and provider. As a result, she has a deep understanding of both the personal and clinical sides of quality care. She knows that excellent caregiving isn’t just about meeting needs — it’s about building relationships, creating comfort, and helping each resident feel safe and valued.
As the owner, Chloe is actively involved in daily life at the home. Families appreciate her open communication, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to treating every resident like family. As a result, she has created a home where compassionate care and peace of mind come first.
